Piyaz
 Unlike all the piyazes you know, Antalya's famous piyaz will beat all piyazes. Although meatballs come to mind when it comes to piyaz, it is originally used with cubed meat, onion and spring onion. It is a flavour that came to Antalya from the Greek Islands.  What distinguishes Antalya piyaz from other piyaz is the sauce made with lemon, garlic and tahini.


Stuffed Ribs

This wonderful flavour, which is boiled lamb ribs, stuffed with delicious rice pilaf and baked with yoghurt spread on it, is an indispensable dish for special occasions.



Gülüklü Soup
 Soup called Gülüklü, which is a soup with plenty of garlic, plenty of chicken meat and plenty of yoghurt. It is one of the most favourite soups of Antalya cuisine.  There is also a tomato paste version of this flavour with chickpeas and meatballs.

When it comes to Antalya, citrus fruits should not be forgotten and in Antalya, which is a citrus paradise, you can find jam of all citrus fruits from citrus peel to bergamot. Again, "burnt ice cream", which is one of the flavours specific to Yoruks and is prepared by fastening the bottom of goat's milk, is one of the desserts unique to Antalya.
